Lemon Honey Salad Dressing
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: 2 minutes
Yield: 3/4 cups dressing, about 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
Method
  • Shake olive oil, lemon juice & honey in a jar. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

Fall favorite easy red potatoes... with a delicious twist!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
Author: Six Sisters Stuff
These are a super-easy side dish to throw together, and they go great with any main dish!
Ingredients
5-6 red potatoes, diced into ½" squares
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoons dried onion
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place diced potatoes on a foil-lined, greased baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the dried onion, dry mustard, salt, and pepper over top. Using your hands (or a spatula if you don't want
to get too dirty), toss the potatoes until they are covered with the other ingredients.
3. Bake for 30 minutes until tender, stirring them every 10 minutes.

Honey Salmon in Foil
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Yield 4 servings
Honey Salmon in Foil
A no-fuss, super easy salmon dish that's baked in foil for the most tender, most flavorful salmon ever!
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds salmon
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides of the foil. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
  • Place into oven and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.*
  • Serve immediately.
Notes
*Baking time may need to be adjusted depending on the thickness of the salmon.
