Honey Garlic Meatballs - 

Great for New Year's Eve, tailgating or bowl-watching parties!                         So good and easy, too!


Honey Garlic Party Meatballs

This sweet and spicy Honey Garlic sauce make these meatballs party ready.
Ingredients
  • Honey Garlic Party Meatballs
  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • ¾ c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Sauce:
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, pressed
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tsp- or to taste Tabasco, (or other hot sauce)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a medium sized bowl; mix well and form into 1 to 1½ inch balls. 
Brown in skillet; drain. 
Reduce heat.In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients then pour onto the meatballs. 
Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. If serving as anappetizer for a crowd add to slow cooker, and keep the temperature onlow. 
Makes approximately 24-28 meatballs.
